EQUOIA is a B2B greentech startup producing rentable electric generators for the film and TV industry, designed to replace diesel on set.
Joining as an intern before being retained on contract, I continued to extend product development work. Across 13 months, he worked alongside Cp-Founders Jessica Gower & Puven Pather on concept development, form resolution, material selection, DFM, and production documentation. This operating was completed the constraints of a startup with a limited tooling budget and a live production timeline. He also contributed to product strategy R&D that informed the company's future direction through conceptual CAD work.
Due to an NDA, specific designs and details cannot be shared here.
I also a core member of the Elements Solar Car Team. I co-designed the interior and driver environment, with ergonomics, visibility, weight, safety and regulatory compliance as simultaneous constraints. The work was developed within a real engineering accountability environment, where decisions had direct consequences on the 3000km multi-day desert race across outback Australia.
Alongside the vehicle work, I designed and built the team's sponsorship website.
